PAYMENTS-

Please allow 5 working days for cheque's to clear, once we have received it you will be e-mailed a confirmation that the cheque has arrived and another when your cheque has cleared

Please allow 5 – 7 working days for the construction of customized products. If there is a delay due to material supplies you will be notified via e-mail.

All products are dispatched by standard royal mail postage terms; this usually takes around three working days. For international delivery's times please contact a member of the sales team

Your parcel will have the relevant amount of postal insurance to the value of your purchase.

DARKSKYKITES.COM reserves the right to decline any payment we deem unsatisfactory or suspect.

BELLY PANS / RACE PLATES-

DARKSKYKITES.COM will not accept the reasonability of damages to products if we consider them mistreat. Please refer to the " Taking care of your belly pan"

Custom belly pans / race plates are customised with adhesive vinyl and must be treated as stickers and as such will have limits to there durability.

Vinyl decals do not respond well to picking at the edges of the sticker, jet washing, generally heavy handed abuse and being loaded in and out of vehicles for example.

Belly pans / Race plates are to be used as a fairing/splashguard to protect the rider and seat from loose debis. These are not suitable protection from harsh impacts such as buggy jumping.

DARKSKYKITES.COM does not condone the use of our belly pans / Race plate as a high impact protection system.

DARKSKYKITES.COM belly pans / race plates are a hand made product and although every step is taken to ensure precision craftsmanship and a professional finish is achieved there are minor inherent dimensional differences from product to product.

CLOTHING -

See label on garment for main washing instructions.

Do not iron the design on the garment, iron the garment inside out.

Although DSK take's great care in the quality of our products , our clothing is standard clothing and should be treat accordingly , it is not protective equipment.

If you are unsatisfied with any unused DSK product, please return it within 14 days and once received, we will produce a full refund of your purchase.. (please note return postage will not be compensated).
